The small feet on the bottom elevate the bottom of the cabinet off of the floor so it won′t rust due to moisture from the concrete slab it is sitting on. The instructions were clear and it went to together easily. The hinges were slightly stuck closed by paint but opened easily with a screwdriver. A sticker said "Made in USA from global parts".
