One large piece of MDF was purchased for $10 and cut into 3 pieces (way cheaper). The pegboard was $3 and is attached to the top-shelf bracket with beading wire. I was impatient and didn’t want to wait for hubby to figure out how to drill it around the brackets. I use beading wire for everything. It is fantastic.
I dare say that as much as I’m in love with this closet I’m even more in love with my creative hubby who helped me design this gorgeous-organized-wonder! I’m sorry ladies, but my man is simply amazing. He Hates (capital H intended) anything involving home improvement. This was a true labor of love.
The cute buckets came from Target’s dollar section and the ribbon holder is an old cheapo curtain rod that was previously being used as a weapon by my boys. Is it just me or do mason jars filled with lovelies make your heartbeat faster too? And what about little brown paper gift tags hanging from twine? I heart them.
