For this project, the initial inspiration for our clients came from seeing a modern industrial design featuring barnwood and metals in our showroom. Once our clients saw this, we were commissioned to completely renovate their outdated and dysfunctional kitchen and our in-house design team came up with this new space that incorporated old world aesthetics with modern farmhouse functions and sensibilities. Now our clients have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind kitchen which is perfect for hosting and spending time in. Modern Farm House kitchen built in Milan Italy. Imported barn wood made and set in gun metal trays mixed with chalk board finish doors and steel framed wired glass upper cabinets. Industrial meets modern farm house Countertop
This little kitchen does an impeccable job of mixing traditional elements like the black accent wall, rustic stools, and modern marble island. In this super small kitchen, a retro menu board adds a fun “greasy spoon” diner vibe to the wall. It adds just the right amount of kitsch without going overboard.
You know the modern formula already: clean, open, minimal, functional. But you may not know how to make the sleek design aesthetic have character, be family-friendly, or even a little bit colorful. Whether you want to go full-on mid-century or have something a little more contemporary, let these modern kitchens inspire you to think outside the farmhouse box.
A monochromatic color scheme fashions serene scenes that encourage the eye to move freely around a smallish kitchen. When if you don't distinction between walls, countertops, and woodwork, a kitchen space reads greater than its actual dimensions. This small kitchen color idea translates to a lot of any hue; discover the lightest, darkest, and mid-tone hue during one paint card. Distribute the colours to make sure they complement the other person, while providing subtle contrast between surfaces and finishes.
